Instructor, Sr Ops (Nuc)


Works with line personnel to understand and analyze performance needs and recommends appropriate training solutions.



  • Analyzes, designs, develops, imple ments, and evaluates training materials and programs using systematic approach to training.

  • Administers and coordinates training programs for sites and corporate groups as assigned.



Minimum education required of the position:

Desired: B.S. Degree in education, engineering or related technical degree or equivalent work experience.


Minimum experience required of the position

5 - 7 years nuclear plant experience (commercia l or military) or a B.S. in education. Desired: At least 5 years of front line experience

and technical proficiency in the area of instruction.


Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

Technical proficiency in the assigned area. Excellent written and verb al communications skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,

and PowerPoint.

Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position

Desired: SRO license or certification on BWR, PWR or both

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
